Wildflower Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may exchange or receive store credit.

All exchanges must be postmarked within 21 days of confirmed delivery.

All exchanges must be in new/unused condition with tags still attached.

All sale items, bralettes, and accessories are FINAL SALE. (Including custom trucker hats and charm necklaces.)

Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 24-72 hours for us to process and ship your order.

Can I pick up in-store?

Yes! When you are checking out instead of choosing a shipping method choose in-store pick up.

My order tracking is showing delivered but I can't find my package. What are the next steps?

If your order is marked as delivered you will need to reach out to the carrier for more information.

Returns

Do you offer refunds?

We issue store credit only.

Do you offer exchanges?

If the item is still in stock you can return the item and recieve store credit and repurchase the correct size. Unfortunately due to limited inventory that is constantly changing we can't guarantee exchanging for the same item in a different size or color can be possible.

What if I received a damaged item?

We double check all merchandise before shipping. But if you receive your order and an item is damaged please email us a picture of the damage as well as a copy of your receipt within 3 days of receiving your order.
